Exercise and then Eat!

Long sought for Sunday fun.
Who wouldn't want to sweat it out, and keep the joints well functioning, and the happy hormones working?
We finally had our sporty session!
Volleyball and Badminton with workmates at Abellana grounds.


So we got arms too bruised, and muscles aching, and legs too heavy after that.

And guess what exercise does to the body?
It makes the stomach growl with hunger. 


So off to Dong Juan we went.
Pasta. Burger. Back Ribs. 
La la love their food. 
Appetite well satiated. Tummies uber-bloated.
