Frustrated Chef

Basics. Experiments. Cravings. For a novice cook, I eat whatever I come up with. Or honestly, I call the mother and ask how to cook what, and try it out with some of my twists and touches.

Pork tenderloin wrapped in bacon sided with tomatoes and lemons to somewhat neutralize the saltiness. 
That's for my packed lunch :)

Ground beef with potatoes and carrots. 
Basic recipe. I want it well done, and pepper-ful. So additional black pepper and cayenne.
And at last, perfected!

The classic spaghetti.
I still can't get my mother's magic recipe, but it's still really really good! :D

Homemade burger.
My own beef patty, some cheese, lettuce and tomatoes. Flavorful!

I can't wait to be home and have the mother cook for me! :)
